The Centaur Natural Resources Bond Tracker Fund (“CNRBTF”) is an open ended Mutual Fund, managed by Centaur Asset Management Ltd, the multi award winning international asset management and investment advisory division of Centaur.
The CNRBTF allows investors to gain exposure to Centaur Natural Resources Bonds which are issued by Centaur Group Finance Ltd. The underlying ‘bonds’ or ‘debt securities’ are listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and such bonds fund the Centaur Groups mining and natural resources related projects.

Centaur Asset Management serves as the ‘Investment Manager’ to the Centaur Natural Resources Bond Tracker Fund and is responsible for the investment strategy and how the Fund purchases the underlying ‘bonds’ issued by Centaur Group Finance Ltd.
Centaur Asset Management also serves as the Investment Advisor to the Centaur Natural Resources Bonds which are purchased by the Centaur Natural Resources Bond Tracker Fund and as such is responsible for negotiating and putting in place security on each investment made with the proceeds of the bond in accordance with the requirements in the Offering Memorandum filed with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).

The Fund is open-ended and does not have a fixed cap or limit on the amount it can raise.
The Fund has no charges.
The Fund is open ended with closed ended series, which means that investors cannot redeem or withdraw their Funds until the underlying bonds reach maturity and pay out to the Fund to allow the Fund to then automatically redeem investors and pay their monies back. In simple terms if an investor wishes to gain exposure to the Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3, 5 year USD, they would purchase the share class of the Centaur Natural Resources Bond Tracker Fund which only invests into Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3, 5 year USD bonds thus gaining exposure to the underlying term of 5 years and currency of USD and associated coupon/dividend of 10% per annum.
he Fund does not aim to achieve ANY capital growth. The Fund aims to receive a coupon payment on its underlying investments of bonds and such coupon will be used to pay a dividend to the relevant investor/ shareholder in the Fund. Thus the Fund targets a regular dividend as opposed to capital growth.
Anyone over the age of 18 may subscribe for shares in the Fund with a value of $20,000 USD or £20,000 GBP or above, subject to completing the relevant subscription form and such subscription being accepted by the Fund, the Administrator and the Investment Manager.
Investments in the Fund are designed to stay at the original subscription value for the life of the investment, as such the NAV or net asset value should remain at 100 for the life of the relevant share class. The NAV is verified by the Administrator on a monthly basis and sent direct to investors by the Administrator.
The Fund aims to receive a coupon payment on its underlying investments of bonds and such coupon will be used to pay a dividend to the relevant investor/shareholder in the Fund. The Fund is established in Bermuda, which does not impute Bermuda tax.
